Small size seasoned sausage, similar to the “Cacciatore” type of salami, made from lean pork meat. Cutting into it will reveal ruby red slices and evenly distributed specks of white fat.

Cut it with a linear knife (no teeth), in a diagonal way, slices don’t have to be too thin. This product is ideal when eaten with a nice grissino or a tarallo or a slice of bread.
