This salami has a sweet and delicate flavour. It is made from the finest lean meat sourced from Italian pigs. Cutting into it will reveal ruby red slices and small and sparse specks of white fat. It does not contain garlic.

Cut it with a linear knife (no teeth), in a diagonal way, slices don’t have to be too thin. The "magrodolce" is perfect when eaten with a whole wheat (linseed or pumpkin) bread. A new combination for more delicate tastes.
