Packaging techniques are many and go from the traditional vacuum-sealed pouches, to food trays packed in a protective environment, up to the most innovative ‘skin’ vacuum-sealed packaging allowing our cooked products (sausages and cotechino) to be prepared also using a microwave in just a few minutes.
