Our packaging allows us to make the products to last longer keeping freshness and taste unaltered. We offer for this reason a wide range of packed and vacuum-sealed salami and fresh cured meats presented into practical pouches or plastic food trays.

PACKAGING TECHNIQUES

Packaging techniques are many and go from the traditional vacuum-sealed pouches, to food trays packed in a protective environment, up to the most innovative ‘skin’ vacuum-sealed packaging allowing our cooked products (sausages and cotechino) to be prepared also using a microwave in just a few minutes.
