We at Salumificio Storti have been manufacturing our salami and cured meats as craftsmen for 100 years, following recipes and processes of an antique tradition of this territory. Procedures are always the same and have been passed on from fathers to sons within the families of the countryside, although they’ve been developed also using modern technologies. Thanks to the utmost care and passion we put into each each phase of the manufacturing we can offer high quality products, checking always the origin and the selection of the meat.
