Salumificio Storti has always been committed to the creation and the diffusion of typical products of the tradition of Mantova, recipes and methods which are deeply bound to this territory and date back, in some cases, to thousands of years in the past. The artisanal way of conceiving our work is comprehensive, even in aspects not strictly related to the production of cured meats.

Storti Lab is the right place where tradition and passion meet innovation and research. We strongly believe that, despite many production phases still are manual, we need innovate and search for new ways of manufacturing in order to continue to offer antique recipes to nowadays world. This leads to new combinations of ingredients, reducing the number of additives and non-natural components used and varying mixtures, quantities of spices (introducing new ones also). Everything is tested and tasted, repeatedly, trying to reach the best product possible, healthier, and more natural.
