Salumificio Storti produces seasoned cured meats with authentic, genuine and high quality flavours. Bacon, fiocco, coppa and others, are produced using handmade methods in our premises of Rodigo, near Mantova. This area is famous for the quality of the cured meats, where climate conditions (temperature and humidity) are ideal for (even long-term) seasoning. Our cured meats are available also in vacuum-sealed packages in order to maintain unaltered flavour and taste as well as their nutritional properties.
