The vast variety of our fresh cured meats are made using meats of pigs born, bred, and butchered in Italy using only a small percentage of preservatives and only when it’s strictly needed, and adding spices that enhance the taste of the product. Our sausages are stuffed into natural guts of different types and dimensions, following handmade methods. Our fresh cured meats are available also in vacuum-sealed packages, in order to maintain long lasting freshness, authenticity and their unmistakable taste.
