All our products are allergens-free. No gluten, no lactose, no allergens... nothing. Why? Who’s intolerant or allergic to some types of food must follow a particular and restrictive diet. We strongly want our history and products to be available for everybody, and this is why we foster the production of meats without any kind of additives, allowing everybody to enjoy our traditional recipes.
So how can we get our product more flavoury? First of all, it must be said that when the raw material is of the highest quality, there’s no need for additional ingredients. That’s why we use only salt, pepper and quality spices, ingredients of the tradition, genuine and natural.
