All our products are lactose-free, so that even those who suffer from this intolerance can enjoy our products, witnesses of the flavours of a unique territory.

Some manufacturers add variable quantities of lactose in the products, generally to make them sweeter. For those who are lactose intolerant even the slightest trace of lactose can cause very serious problems and since we want to share and promote our wisdom and history to everybody we decided to choose meat coming from a controlled supply chain without the need of adding lactose.
