All our products are gluten-free, both fresh and seasoned. This allows people that suffer from celiac diseases to enjoy with no harm our products and be witness of the flavours of a unique territory.

For them even the slightest trace of gluten can cause very serious problems, so they need to respect a balanced diet, excluding this component. We want to share and promote our wisdom and our history and for this reason we decided to produce gluten-free cured meats, so that everybody can enjoy a simple but genuine snack.
